Wahab Halabjayi, the Chief of the Counter-Terrorism Directorate, accompanied by a number of the higher commanders of the force, visited Vim Foundation and were received by Lava Hikmat, the President of the Foundation.
Aside from visiting all the departments of the Foundation, they visited the Life Exhibition, which is dedicated to demonstrating and narrating the agony of those women who were the victims of violence.
