Many political, law, and academic personnel attended the Constitution; Amid Being Written, and Forgotten debate at Vim Foundation in Sulaymaniyah.
During the debate, Dr. Yousif Goran, Ph.D. in constitutional law, and Dr. Ismael Namiq, Ph.D. in law, discussed the matter of a constitution in Kurdistan Region and the reasons why after three decades, the region does not have a constitution; are the political turmoil a reason why the constitution has not been written, or it was not a crucial necessity.
