To address the pressing issue of stray animals causing fear and problems for Sulaymaniyah residents, Vim Foundation, partnering with PAKO, hosted a panel titled ‘Stray Animal Challenges and Real Solutions.’
The focus was on presenting the problem and ensuring a lasting solution, particularly by continuing the TNR project—Capturing, Neutering, and Returning them to their natural environment.
In a concluding commitment, Vim pledged to undertake the TNR project for 500 stray dogs, contingent on Sulaymaniyah Municipality providing shelter space to PAKO.
