Lava Hikmat, President of Vim Foundation, Leila Omar, Mayor of Sulaymaniyah Municipality, and Dr. Ari Salah, Director of Sulaymaniyah Veterinary, visited the stray animal shelter to assess the progress of the TNR project. This project is being jointly implemented by Vim Foundation, Sulaymaniyah Municipality, and the Sulaymaniyah Veterinary Directorate.
