Environmental Journalism Training Course

The first day of the Environmental Journalism Training Course, organized by the Vim Foundation for journalists in Kirkuk, has begun.

The sessions are being delivered by Salam Omer (media trainer and consultant). The course aims to strengthen the field of environmental journalism and to highlight the current state of the media in the region. This will be achieved by raising environmental awareness through preparing news reports and producing in-depth coverage on environmental issues.
